TMB’s Two New Division General Managers (DGMs)
TMB is pleased to announce Tom Ryan and Richard Parker as our two new Division General Managers (DGMs) which adds 73 years of Professional Support Service experience directly related to our marketplace. Richard will be our Ships Programs DGM with responsibility for support engagements which largely centers on supporting NAVSEA Shipbuilding Program Offices. He has been with TMB since 2009 and has previously served as a Program Manager, Director of Contracts and Vice President of TMB’s Management Services Division. He has also led several support efforts, including providing program management oversight and direct client support to several of TMB’s major NAVSEA customers, including PMS377, PEO IWS 2.0 and PMS415. Prior to joining TMB, Mr. Parker worked in various leadership positions at BAE Systems, BBN Technologies, Alion Science and Technology, Nortel Government Solutions and PEC Solutions.
Tom Ryan joins TMB as our Warfare Systems Programs DGM with responsibility for our Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) portfolio. Prior to TMB, Tom served as the Program Director for the IWS Group at CACI International Inc. where he was responsible for the management of Program Executive Officer, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and the University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) task orders for the PEO and NAVSEA. As the Program Manager for the PEO IWS Acquisition and Integrated Logistics Services contract, he managed a $240M CACI contract providing professional services to IWS for over six years. Tom transitioned from US Navy active duty to Reserve Navy in 1997 and served in roles including Sales and Business Development for more than $700M in business, and line management of 300-employee professional service support teams for Navy acquisition programs, with responsibility for contract management, subcontractor management, financial performance, hiring and retention, team building, customer deliveries, and all other aspects of supporting Navy programs.
