Leadership Changes at TMB

    Tom Dority has announced that he is stepping down as CEO with Dan Clague replacing him in that capacity effective January 1, 2022. Dan is ready, fully capable, and enthusiastic to take on the CEO role. Tom will continue to work full time as Board Chairman through June 30, 2022, at which point he will transition to a part time status in the same capacity.

Ned Sheedy joins TMB as the COO

    Ned Sheedy joins TMB as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) after spending the last four years with ICI Services Corporation. His responsibilities as COO will include overseeing the Division General Managers (DGMs), business development activities, and recruitment. Ned has over 20 years of experience supporting NAVSEA customers, coordinating program execution and business development

Business Analyst

  • Provide financial management support.
  • Prepare and track funding documents using Navy ERP and track obligations and expenditures.
  • Prepare and provide funding allocation breakouts required in processing funding documents, monitor and track the Obligation and Expenditure Benchmarks and provide responses to Midyear papers if appropriations fall below Benchmarks.
  • Prepare and submit Obligation Phasing Plans (OPPs) and facilitate all funding actions.
  • Assist with budget preparation and prepare 7300s.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Preferred.
  • ERP Experience.
  • Must have a DoD SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum of 5-15 years directly related experience.
