Our core capabilities are:
Acquisition Management Support –
We have extensive experience in all DoD 5000 acquisition guidelines and experience in assisting major Navy Acquisition Program Managers (APM) in managing schedule, budget, technical, production and logistics elements, managing contracts, and updating the various documents necessary to move a program through the Acquisition Category (ACAT) cycle.
Business Financial Management Support –
We provide support across the full spectrum of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) functions including: requirements definition, issue paper development, budget exhibit preparation and defense, execution planning including obligation phasing and task planning, funding document preparation, tracking obligations and expenditures, and document and contract closeout for both USN and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs.
Earned Value Management Support –
We assist the APM through monitoring of industry teams’ Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and maintaining Program Manager’s Estimate at Completion (PM EAC). We perform ship design and construction contractor and subcontractor engineering and production analyses including physical progress, design progress and material procurement, schedule and cost realism, integrated master schedule and critical path analysis, shipbuilders process and progress measurement, quality assurance and testing.
Engineering and Design Support –
We support ship and weapon system design reviews in the context of a total ship engineering approach, integration of combat systems and Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) interfaces, spectrum management, requirements traceability, insertion of new technology, and construction and support costs. We participate in government led systems engineering design reviews, analyses, and studies for all phases of a weapon system life cycle including technology development, demonstration, prototype development, and test and evaluation to include support for systems engineering efforts.
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Support –
We provide Case Planning, Case Execution and Case Closure, Technology Transfer, Data Exchange and Combat Systems Engineering support services to Navy Program Managers and Allied Navies.
Product Support Management (ILS) –
We have extensive experience providing full-spectrum logistics support for major systems programs, including all elements of logistics planning, supply support, performance based logistics, Product Support Management (PSM), Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RMA), maintenance planning, configuration management, data management, and training.
Program Management Support –
We provide ongoing support for our DoD customers in the development of briefings and briefing materials, issue paper development, program metrics, formal correspondence, action item tracking and schedule maintenance. We maintain consolidated electronic databases of key program documentation, and provide classified and unclassified document control.
