Tech-Marine Business (TMB) is pleased to announce that our Board of Directors has approved the promotions of Cathy Powell to Vice President, Contracts and Felecia Chinn to Vice President, Administration.

Cathy has dedicated nearly 23 years to TMB, including more than 14 years as Director of Contracts. Throughout her tenure, she has led contract management activities across TMB’s portfolio of 14 prime contracts and has played a key role in proposal pricing and business growth initiatives.

Felecia has served as TMB’s Director of Administration for the past nine years and has nearly 18 years of experience with the company in leadership roles spanning Human Resources, Security, and Facilities Management. Prior to joining TMB, she accumulated 22 years of professional experience in the medical and commercial sectors.
