Felecia Chinn, Administrative Director
Felecia Chinn has over 35 years of professional experience including in-depth experience in business management/administration and security. She has been with TMB since 2007 and is currently the Administrative Director/Facility Security Officer. In this role she is responsible for all TMB administrative functions for Human Resources (HR), Security and Facilities. She is responsible for the management and execution of approved company benefit programs; Department of Labor (DOL) regulatory compliance and reporting; company-wide HR training, HR form design, development and maintenance with emphasis on paperless and automated administrative functions; onboarding and out processing of personnel; supporting the COO in developing all Facilities, Information Technology and outfitting strategies; and providing support with the TMB Employee Welfare programs. Ms. Chinn earned a Commendable Security Rating for TMB’s 2013 Annual Security Assessment and again in 2015; the first in the history of TMB. She oversees all aspects of company security to include employee clearance tracking and management; interface responsibility with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and other agencies; visit request and DD-254 management; classified material handling and storage; employee security training and security reporting. Ms. Chinn is responsible for DCSA annual security assessments, and monitoring at TMB, and updating and disseminating TMB’s Standard Practices and Procedures.
Prior to joining the Defense Industry, Ms. Chinn had over 20 years of experience in business management/business administration roles. The majority of this time was spent working at The Adler Center for Women’s Health. There she began as the Billing Manager and worked her way up to the Practice Administrator. She planned, directed and coordinated the activities to support a four physician, four midwife medical practice and 25 support staff members in addition to being responsible for all HR requirements.
Ms. Chinn was selected as the TMB Associate of the Year in 2014. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Capital Industrial Security Awareness Council and the Quantico Area Industrial Security Awareness Council.
