Spotlight On TMB’s Veterans – Spring 2025
Receiving the 2024 Hire Vets Gold Medallion Award and the VETS Indexes 3 Star Employer Award in recognition of our commitment to our Nation’s veterans was a highlight of 2024. Achieving our Mission Statement: TMB will strive to be the best Employee-Owned Business contributing to our National Defense; is enabled by the contributions of the many Veterans on our team. As you can see from the pictures below, many of our TMB teammates served prior to supporting our Navy customers. We appreciate the unique perspective they bring to our team and the key roles they play in successfully delivering the services required by the Navy.

On the right: behind me were ‘Jingle Trucks’ delivering fuels to Afghanistan. My unit cleared customs,
escorted trucks and inventoried fuels being delivered to Bagram. I learned to read and speak Dari while there
because the locals did not speak English and my translator was nowhere to be found.
