In 2024, TMB received the Hire Vets Gold Medallion Award and was designated as a VETS Indexes 3 Star Employer.
The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is given to businesses that show a strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans. Recipients of the 2024 HIRE Vets Medallion Awards meet specific employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention, providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, and dedicated human resources. The VETS Indexes award honors organizations committed to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community. Organizations were chosen based on a detailed survey and recognition program evaluating employers’ policies, practices, and results in these five categories:
Recruiting and hiring veteran job candidates- Developing and retaining veteran employees
- Veteran-inclusive policies and culture
- Support for National Guard and Reserve members
- Military spouse and family support
