Tech-Marine Business (TMB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ned Sheedy as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2026.

Ned succeeds Dan Clague, who has led TMB as CEO since 2022 and has played an instrumental role in strengthening the company, advancing its employee ownership culture, and positioning TMB for long-term success.

Previously serving as TMB’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Ned brings extensive leadership experience in supporting the Department of the Navy and Naval Sea Systems Command. The Board of Directors has full confidence in his ability to lead TMB through its next chapter of growth and service to our customers.

Dan will continue serving as Chairman of the Board, helping ensure a seamless transition and supporting key strategic initiatives.
