The candidate will:

  • Provide program and financial management support for the PEO IWS F CFO.
  • Prepare, manage and route various internal meeting briefs.
  • Prepare and manage external funding status briefs. Attend meetings as a PEO IWS CFO Representative, prepare post meeting minutes and assist in briefing the CFO and his/her staff.
  • Manage and deliver a weekly CFO status report to be disseminated among PEO IWS MPMs, DPMs as well as the Senior PEO IWS Executive Staff.
  • Support data-call information collection and analysis as requested.
  • Assist in the management, tracking and reporting of NAVSEA Cybersecurity effort funding.
  • Assist in the management, tracking and reporting of PEO IWS Spares funding.
  • Assist in the management, tracking and reporting of PEO IWS Appropriated funding to include Operations and Maintenance Navy (OMN), Research, Development Test and Evaluation Navy (RDTEN), Weapons Procurement Navy (WPN), Procurement of Ammunition, Navy and Marine Corps (PANMC) and Other Procurement Navy (OPN).

 

Qualifications:

Required experience or qualifications for applicants include:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Preferred.
    • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
    • Ability to be able to walk reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
    • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a lap top, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
    • Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance.
    • Minimum of 1 year directly related experience.
