The candidate will:

  • Provide support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Team Submarine Program Office Support as a Program Analyst.
  • Provide direct support to the Submarine Acoustic Warfare System (SAWS) Acquisition Analyst through the following: assisting in drafting technical, acquisition and programmatic documents, as required, including program management plans and working group charters.
  • Research and document requirements for acquisition and programmatic documents as required.
  • Develop program funding plan using MS Excel; Monitor and track funding execution; draft and disseminate weekly highlight reports, action item briefs, weekly look-ahead briefs and contract status/weekly update briefs. 
  • Create briefs and other supporting program documentation as required, record meeting minutes, agenda and action items. 

 

Qualifications:

Required experience or qualifications for applicants include:

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
    • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
    • Ability to be able to walk reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
    • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a lap top, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
    • Must have a DoD SECRET Clearance.
    • Minimum of 5-15 years’ directly related experience.
