Key Position Responsibilities

  • Provide direct strategic planning, acquisition and in-service business and financial management subject matter expert support for all phases of logistics management  subject matter expert support to Littoral Combat Ships’ PMS 501 acquisition and PMS 505 In-service and  Fleet Introduction Program Offices.  
  • Oversee the support for, as well as, performs analytical and evaluation functions relative to review, presentation and justification of the PMS 505 LCS In-Service and Modernization logistics O&M,N and OP,N budgets and PMS 501 Ship Construction SCN Outfitting budget.
  • Provide hands on training and support oversight to PMS 505/501 Logistics government and support staff based on phases of the budget and logistics cycles.
  • Prepare briefs and correspondence for senior managers on PMS 505 and PMS 501 pertaining to logistics product development and delivery, logistics budget formulation and execution and, provides recommendations to correct significant variances or problem areas. 
  • Draft and coordinate PMS 505/501 Logistics level responses to various Congressional and GAO queries and reviews. 
  • Perform  program execution review, analysis of shipbuilder, and government working capital fund activities’ performance of PMS 505/501 Logistics direct cite and reimbursable tasking and NAVSUP activity execution of PMS 501 Logistics outfitting requirements and direct cite and reimbursable funded supply activity efforts. 

Education & Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.

CPL not required but a plus. 

Experience Requirements

10+ Years Experience performing DoD acquisition and in-service logistics direct support.

Position Title Jr. Financial Analyst

TMB is seeking a junior financial analyst to perform invoicing and financial analysis functions for government and commercial contacts.  Responsibilities and duties include: review labor and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) costs for charging accuracy; coordinate any corrections necessary with accounting specialist; create and submit cost and/or billing reports; create and submit invoices; enter invoices into accounting system; calculate monthly revenue; track unbilled costs; perform financial analysis functions as required; assist with creation of DCAA required submissions and information requests; support financial statement and DCAA audits.

Candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, have an aptitude for numbers, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to meet strict deadlines.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels is a necessity.  Candidate must have the ability to work under limited supervision in a team construct. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.  Knowledge of Deltek's GCS Premier accounting system a plus.


  • High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years direct government contract billing/invoicing experience
  • Experience with IDIQ, FP, T&M, and Cost Plus type contracts required
