Customers

Founded in 1997 and today an Employee-Owned company, our capabilities and structure have matured as our customer requirements for program management evolved.  Headquartered in Washington DC and with over 90 full-time employees, we have built our reputation providing focused support services to the Navy - primarily Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) programs and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO). TMB is the prime contractor providing acquisition and financial management services to PEO IWS 6.0 where we support production, review, and consolidation of the Quarterly Execution Review (QER), the update of Acquisition Plans (AP) and milestone documentation, as well as the Monthly and Quarterly Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES). From March 2009 through March 2013, we were the prime contractor providing acquisition, business, contract management, administration, engineering, logistics, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to the NAVSEA Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems Program Office (PMS 415). The work TMB provided to PMS 415 on that task order has continued uninterrupted with the same Level-of-Effort and same Statement of Work under one of the new Enterprise Wide Contractor Support Services (EWCSS) vehicles put in place to consolidate and streamline contractor support. Both these efforts include large business subcontractors and attest to our understanding of the importance of an effective Management Plan and demonstrate our capability to transition work from incumbent contractors with no degradation in support as a small business managing large business partners.

We are also the prime contractor on two competitively awarded Seaport-e tasks providing support to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Code 08 Comptroller's Office for financial management and contract reconciliation support services; and the ONR Sea Warfare and Weapons Department Code 33 providing programmatic and financial support services. In addition to our prime contract task orders, TMB is also providing acquisition management, financial management, engineering, technical, GFE/GFM management, procurement and logistics support to NAVSEA PMS 326, PMS 377, PMS 317, PMS 500, PMS 501, PMS 505, PMS 378, PMS 398, PMS 401, PMS 425, PMS 450 as well as the PEO Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) 1.0, 2.0, 7.0, 9.0 and 10.0, the IWS CFO, NATO Sea Sparrow Program Office, NSWC Dahlgren Division, Supship Gulf Coast (SSGC), PMW 240 Sea Warrior Program and NAVSEA 05.
