TMB Associates have extensive experience in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN RD&A), ASN Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C), the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Comptroller Directorate, as well as successful experience in acquisition, program, and business management for Navy ACAT I-IV programs.TMB is the prime contractor providing acquisition, business, engineering, logistics, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to the NAVSEA Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems Program Office (PMS 415). We are also the prime contractor providing acquisition management services to PEO IWS 6.0 where we support production, review, and consolidation of the Quarterly Execution Review (QER), the update of Acquisition Plans (AP) and milestone documentation, as well as the Monthly and Quarterly Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES). We are also the prime contractor on two competitively awarded Seaport-e tasks providing support to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Code 08 Comptroller's Office for financial management and contract reconciliation support services; and the ONR Sea Warfare and Weapons Department Code 33 providing programmatic and financial support services. For Code 33 we support a variety of Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Programs including Future Naval Capabilities (FNC), Innovative Naval Prototypes (INP), S&T Strategic Focus Areas and S&T Investment Areas. Our four competitively awarded Seaport-e task orders provide a demonstrated record for on-time, high-quality delivery of products and services.
In addition to our prime contract task orders, TMB is also providing acquisition, program, engineering, and business management support to PMS 377, PMS 500, PMS 501, SEA 21F, PMS 378, PMS 397, PMS 401, PMS 425, PMS 450, NSWC DD and PEO IWS 1.0, 2.0, 7.0 and 10.0. We are also providing full scope Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support to PMS 326 and the NATO Support Organization (NSPO). For over 15 years, TMB has participated in every POM cycle and provided PPBE support for multiple ACAT Programs including: the CG 47, DDG 51, LHA 6, LHD 8, CG(X), LCS, CVN 77, CVN 21, DDG 1000 and LPD 17 Class ships. Another critical TMB capability is that we have provided extensive support to PEO IWS, PEO Ships, PEO Carriers, PEO LCS, PEO Submarines and NSWC DD organizations in all aspects of the transition to ERP.
