Headquartered in Washington DC and with over 150 full-time employees, we have built our reputation providing focused support services to the Navy - primarily Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) programs and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO) and to the Office of Naval Research (ONR). TMB currently provides acquisition management, business financial management, administrative, engineering, technical, GFE/GFM management, procurement and logistics support to NAVSEA PMS 326, PMS 317, PMS 377, PMS 500, PMS 501, PMS 505, PMS 378, PMS 398, PMS 401, PMS 415, PMS 425, PMS 450, PMS 470, SEA 21, the NATO Sea Sparrow Program Office, NSWC Dahlgren Division, Supship Gulf Coast (SSGC), the PMW 240 Sea Warrior Program and NAVSEA 05. TMB was also awarded the PEO IWS Business Financial Management (BFM) Omnibus contract on 29 September 2014. This Seaport-e task order is valued at $107M over the five year Period of Performance (POP) and is intended to consolidate all Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) support across PEO IWS. We are also the prime contractor on two competitively awarded Seaport-e tasks providing support to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Code 08 Comptroller's Office for financial management and contract reconciliation support services; and the ONR Sea Warfare and Weapons Department Code 33 providing programmatic and financial support services.
